Andrew Lynn wins Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal

Dr Andrew Lynn, non-executive chairman of the AtoCap Board, has won a prestigious Royal Academy of Engineering’s Silver Medal for sustained pioneering innovation activities.

The award was bestowed in a ceremony on the 13th of July, 2021.

Dr Andrew Lynn, an inventor, entrepreneur and materials engineer, founded four companies and has commercialised disruptive healthcare technology, steering his companies from promising ideas all the way through to products, patents, clinical trials and significant investment funding. We are very fortunate to have access to his advice and experience.

Founded in 1994, the Royal Academy of Engineering Silver Medal recognises an “outstanding and demonstrated personal contribution to British engineering, which has resulted in successful market exploitation, by an engineer with less than 22 years in full time employment”.
